Hormone Replacement Therapy

All-inclusive hormone replacement therapy for men and women: provider visits, monitoring and medication in one transparent monthly price. Starting at $200 per month.

Hormone replacement therapy restores the hormone levels your body used to produce on its own. For men that usually means testosterone; for women it is more often estrogen, progesterone, or testosterone alongside them. Either way the difference it makes to energy, mood, body composition and sexual health is often dramatic.

All-inclusive, starting at $200 per month

We price HRT as a single monthly membership rather than a stack of separate charges. That covers your provider visits, monitoring and medication, so you know exactly what you're spending before you start, with no surprise billing.

Signs your hormones may be the problem

  • Persistent fatigue that sleep doesn't fix
  • Loss of muscle despite training, and stubborn belly fat
  • Low libido or difficulty with erections
  • Brain fog, irritability, low motivation, low mood
  • Poor sleep quality and night sweats
  • Reduced strength and slower recovery from workouts

Any one of these has other possible causes. Together, they're a pattern, and a simple blood test tells us whether hormones are behind it.

How we treat it

1. Test properly. We draw morning labs (testosterone is highest early) and measure total and free testosterone, estradiol, and the other markers that determine whether therapy is safe and appropriate for you.

2. Match the delivery method to your life. Injections, creams and pellets each have real trade-offs in cost, convenience and how steady your levels stay. We'll explain all of them rather than defaulting to one.

3. Monitor and adjust. Hormone therapy is not set-and-forget. We recheck labs on a schedule, watch red blood cell count and estradiol, and adjust dosing so you land in an optimal range, not just a "normal" one.

What patients notice

Improvements tend to arrive in a fairly predictable order: sleep and mood in the first few weeks, libido and energy within a month or two, and body composition changes over three to six months as training and nutrition compound.

The honest caveats

Testosterone therapy can reduce sperm production and fertility: important if you're planning children, and something we discuss before you start. It requires ongoing monitoring, and it isn't appropriate for everyone, including men with certain cardiac or prostate conditions. Our job is to determine that honestly at your consultation.

Free consultation. This is a self-pay service: we don't bill insurance, and we'll always go over costs with you first.
